In the new statistics, portfolio investments are classified based on the residence of issuers of securities, whereas the "Outward / Inward" classification in the previous statistics was made based on securities' currency of denomination. In addition, data on transactions of short-term debt securities have become available. 3 "Designated Major Investors" indicate banks, financial instruments firms, insurance companies, investment trust management companies and asset management companies, etc. that were designated by the Minister of Finance in accordance with Article 21 of the Ministerial Ordinance Concerning Report on Foreign Exchange transactions, etc. 4 Transactions related to investment funds will be recorded under the new items "Equity and investment fund shares" starting from January 2014. 5 Totals may not add due to rounding. 6 International Transactions in Securities show net acquisition with a plus sign(＋) and net disposition with a minus sign(－). 連絡・問い合わせ先 財務省国際局為替市場課国際収支第2係 ＴＥＬ：03-3581-4111 内線 4925,5412 （要点メモ） 令和8年4月19日～4月25日の対外及び対内証券売買契約等の状況 （指定報告機関ベース） １．対外証券投資の状況（居住者による取得・処分） （1）株式・投資ファンド持分 412億円の取得超（居住者による買い越し） （前週3,383億円の取得超） 5週連続の買い越しとなった。 （2）中長期債投資 ▲8,877億円の処分超（居住者による売り越し） （前週▲88億円の処分超） 2週連続の売り越しとなった。 （3）短期債投資 ▲2,638億円の処分超（居住者による売り越し） （前週▲1,702億円の処分超） 5週連続の売り越しとなった。 ２．対内証券投資の状況（非居住者による取得・処分） （1）株式・投資ファンド持分 8,079億円の取得超（非居住者による買い越し） （前週2兆3,806億円の取得超） 4週連続の買い越しとなった。 （2）中長期債投資 ▲7,869億円の処分超（非居住者による売り越し） （前週▲2,947億円の処分超） 2週連続の売り越しとなった。 （3）短期債投資 ▲1兆1,232億円の処分超（非居住者による売り越し） （前週1兆8,923億円の取得超） 2週ぶりの売り越しとなった。
