The discussion will focus on the operational resilience of banks in terms of cyber security and the use of artificial intelligence. In inclusive format The impact of the Middle East crisis on the EU economy The Eurogroup will assess the impact the Middle East conflict on the EU economy and will discuss policy measures to address the crisis. Presentation of Kukies-Noyer Financing Innovative Ventures in Europe Report Ministers will discuss measures to develop EU capital markets and improve financing conditions for businesses across Europe, following a presentation by Christian Noyer and Jörg Kukies on their recommendations for giving start-ups and scale-ups better access to private capital.
