# Baker Hughes Weekly Rig Count - March 27, 2026

Baker Hughes (NASDAQ: BKR) announced today that the U.S. rig count is down 9 from last week to 543 with oil rigs down 5 to 409, gas rigs down 4 to 134, and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 0.

The U.S. rig count is down 78 rigs from last year's count of 621, with oil rigs down 116, gas rigs down 4 and miscellaneous rigs down 4.

The Canada rig count is down 51 from last week to 153, with oil rigs down 55 to 110, gas rigs up 4 to 43.
