# Consumer Confidence Survey, March 2026

The Consumer Confidence Index (seasonally adjusted series) in March 2026 was **33.3**, down 6.4 points from the previous month.

## Consumer Perception Indices

The categories of the Consumer Perception Indices (seasonally adjusted series) for March 2026 are:

- **Overall livelihood**: 29.7 (down 9.8 from the previous month)
- **Income growth**: 39.8 (down 2.5 from the previous month)
- **Employment**: 37.6 (down 5.7 from the previous month)
- **Willingness to buy durable goods**: 26.0 (down 7.7 from the previous month)

## Price Expectations (Next 12 Months)

The percentage of households who expect prices to **"Go up"** in March was **93.1%**, an increase of 7.5 percentage points from the previous month.

The percentage who expect to **"Stay the same about 0%"** was **2.7%**, a decrease of 3.4 percentage points from the previous month.
