## 1 Name of instrument

This instrument is the Holidays (Anzac Day Additional Public Holiday 2026) Declaration 2026 (No 1).

## 2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after the date of notification.

## 3 Declaration—Act, s 3 (1)(b)

I declare Monday 27 April 2026 to be an additional public holiday in the Australian Capital Territory.

## 4 Revocation

This instrument revokes the Holidays (Anzac Day 2026) Declaration 2025 (No 1) [NI2025-650].
