The discussion will focus on the operational resilience of banks in terms of cyber security and the use of artificial intelligence. *Background info:* Artificial intelligence; Cybersecurity --- ### Cross-border banking consolidation in the EU Ministers will discuss cross-border banking issues with Slawomir Krupa, President of the European Banking Federation. The focus will be on barriers to cross-border banking consolidation and activity, as well as on banks' scale, particularly as regards their investments in technology relative to international peers. --- ### Impact of the Middle East crisis on the EU economy The Eurogroup will assess the impact the Middle East conflict on the EU economy and will discuss policy measures to address the crisis.
